OpenClassrooms project context :
As part of starting my position as a junior web developer at Empreinte, an agency specialized in building WordPress websites, I was tasked with designing the showcase website for Simpl Vintage. The brand wanted a simple website quickly to promote the upcoming opening of its showroom. The project was based on a set of specifications including 5 wireframes, functional requirements, and a folder of graphic resources.
The website had to be built quickly without high-fidelity mockups, while still remaining consistent with the brand’s identity and the client’s functional needs. The showcase website was delivered in a functional, manageable, and deployment-ready state. This project allowed me to work through a complete WordPress workflow: theme selection, child theme creation, content integration, user role management, and migration-ready delivery preparation. The final result met the client’s needs with a simple, clear interface suited to a temporary showroom website.
