OpenClassrooms project context :
As a front-end developer at Abricot.co, I contributed to the development of the first version of a project management SaaS platform designed for freelancers. The goal was to build a complete, high-performance, and scalable interface, based on an existing backend and validated mockups.

The project involved implementing a complex system combining project management, task management, users, and roles, with strong constraints around accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, code quality, and justification of technical choices.
In addition, I chose to go beyond the initial scope in order to further improve product quality and user experience.

I developed the application with Next.js and React, structuring the front end around reusable components and optimized state management.

More specifically, I:

• implemented authentication and user management flows;
• developed full project and contributor management with dynamic roles;
• designed the complete task management system, including creation, assignment, statuses, and comments;
• integrated a multi-view dashboard with list, kanban, and projects views;
• added advanced UX improvements such as:
• • drag-and-drop in the kanban view,
  • autocomplete for contributor selection;
• implemented advanced state management using React Query, Zustand, or Redux depending on the use case;
• integrated a component library and a design system such as Tailwind CSS;
• implemented end-to-end tests to improve application reliability;
• prepared a deployment to make the project accessible online;
• explored the future integration of OAuth authentication.

The application delivers a smooth and modern user experience, aligned with the standards of professional SaaS tools. This project demonstrates growth on advanced topics such as front-end architecture, complex UX, state management, software quality, and deployment.
