Planty

OpenClassrooms project context :
As a WordPress integrator working in an agency, I contributed to the development of Planty’s showcase website, a plant-based energy drink brand. The project was carried out in collaboration with a project manager and a UI designer, based on detailed Figma mockups and a set of functional specifications.

The website needed to be editable by non-technical users, fully responsive across all devices, and include specific features such as dynamic forms and conditional WordPress logic, including the display of the admin link. It also had to comply with web standards, including W3C validation, while relying on the WordPress ecosystem.

I developed the website in WordPress while following the mockups and technical requirements.

More specifically, I:

• integrated 3 main pages: Home, Meet Us, and Pre-order;
• designed a responsive interface adapted for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices (from 320px and up);
• made the content editable through the WordPress admin panel without requiring code changes;
• developed functional forms (contact and pre-order) with email submission;
• implemented conditional display logic for the Admin link using a WordPress hook;
• versioned the project with Git and GitHub;
• ensured W3C validation of the produced HTML and CSS code;
• prepared a full export of the website and database for client delivery.

The delivered website is fully manageable, responsive, and faithful to the mockups. It allows Planty to showcase its brand universe and products, while also collecting pre-orders ahead of a future e-commerce setup. This project helped me strengthen my skills in WordPress development, responsive integration, and back-end logic through hooks.
