At Dev4U agency, I was tasked with defining the scope of Learn@Home, a platform designed to connect struggling students with volunteer tutors. Before any development phase, the goal was to structure the product, clarify the requirements, and propose a complete functional vision.
The client had no structured digital foundation in place, relying only on informal practices such as word of mouth and SMS. The challenge was therefore to design a complete solution from scratch while ensuring that the features would address the real needs of the users: students, tutors, and administrators.
I led a full discovery and planning phase combining product analysis, UX, and project management.
